Grote Petro, led by Raj Kulkarni, PE, is the successor to Petro Project Engineering (formed in 1980) and specializes in supporting legal counsels, insurance companies, and regulators with assistance in chemical process claims and litigation support. We are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) firm and have been admitted as an Engineering Expert in Texas courts. We have supported counsels on chemical process deficiencies, industrial accidents, construction defects, injuries and fatalities, and many more.
